Way too much for a 21yr old Volvo. I’d offer maybe $1500, but then price depends on your location.
As with any used car, have it thoroughly inspected by a reputed Volvo mechanic, before you buy it.

the week is point of those were the automatic transmissions and that is a standard have a mechanic check out if he says it's good it could be a very good car
