Hi Scotty I have a 2019 vw Tiguan have 27,000km on it. It’s a 2.0 litre tsi. Whenever I cold start the car it warm up and it makes a knocking sound when it’s idling. I have seen the same year model Tiguan making the same noise. What should I do?

I would take it to the dealer. At this point it should be covered by warranty and it is their issue to solve.

The valve noise? definitely take it to the dealer and demand to dix it under warranty.

Well, you picked 'guinea pig' year since new generation of this model started in 2016. Don't expect that will be the only problem.
