A new iSeeCars study recently listed the fastest selling used cars (measured in number of days before selling). Here they are: the list is dominated by Hondas and Toyotas
- Honda HR-V: 34.4 days
- Acura ILX: 35.3 days
- Toyota Highlander Hybrid: 36.6 days
- Acura RDX: 36.8 days
- Hyundai Venue: 38 days
- Honda Insight: 38.3 days
- Honda CR-V: 38.5 days
- Honda Civic: 38.8 days
- Toyota C-HR: 38.9 days
- Toyota Sienna: 39.1 days

The study also shows buyers gravitating more toward used cars over new ones, so getting any sort of deal on a used (popular) car will be tough.

What is considered as a day 1? Is that when someone places an ad and they count until a change of ownership occurs?
This article is just focusing on days before it sells. So day 1 could be a car is listed and that same day someone offers to buy it.
