i want to buy a 2011 crown victoria with 181k miles for $3000. is this a good deal?

Buying a cop car is not a smart move.

Buying a used cop car is worse than buying a used mustang, camaro, challenger or charger with the V8s. If you buy a used cop car, you have to replace literally everything.
