Hi, I have a 2003 toyota camry I just drained the radiator and filled it backup it was full I started the car let it warm up without radiator cap saw a few bubbles coming out I put the cap back on and now you can hear a small water dripping sound from under dash it gets worse when you rev up the engine would that indicate that there is still air in the system or is my heater core clogged up I still get hot heat  Thanks

yes, probably air

Thanks you, how would be an easy way to get that out

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with Toyota cooling systems.
You can try parking the car on a steep hill, nose up. Then run it until warmed up (thermostat open). Hopefully the air gathers at the highest point, be it your reservoir or rad cap. Then just top it up.

If it were easy, women and children would be doing it. Follow @mmj instructions but be sure to set the temperature setting to HIGH so fluid can get through the heater core and expel the trapped air.

You need to properly purge the air from your cooling system.  There are a million videos on youtube on this.
