I just bought a 2010 Cadillac STS 3.6 LLT RWD with 123456miles on it and kept in southern Missouri all it's life, is there anything I should know about these cars? Preventative maintenance? Best suggestions for power, economy, or longevity? Anything this vehicle specific would be appreciated!

Those GM 3.6 engines have a habit of eating timing chains and camshafts.

just the basic maintenance specified in your owner's manual.
The weakness on Caddies is going to be electronic failures.
