Water Outlet Leaking

Hey Scotty,

2012 Chevy Cruze, 99k miles.

I recently pressure tested my cooling system to find the source of a slow leak. As I was pressurizing the system, around 15 psi I noticed my water outlet dripping coolant. I have had this replaced a couple years ago. Since it went bad again, do you know of anywhere I can get one made out of metal and not cheap plastic?
Thanks

Rockauto shows several that at least going by the photos appear to be all metal.

This is a thermostat and housing. Not a water outlet. I will check this out if the thermostat ever goes bad though.

Sorry about that, Rockauto actually lists that part as "Thermostat housing/Water outlet".

which part are you talking about exactly?

A cooling system has many outlets.

The water outlet. Its on the driver side, coming off the engine block going to the radiator.

GM Part # ‎25193922

I'm not aware of any metal ones. At least the plastic one is inexpensive.
