Will local dealerships match online pricing for OE parts?
Fcpeuro is a great resource for BMW and other euro cars. Also rockauto in general but you may or may not find OEM.
From my experience with BMW they will not.

@kaizen lifetime guarantee on parts you buy there as well. Apparently it works for motor oil too? Once you buy it once it’s lifetime oil as long as you send back the used oil. I’ve never done it before tho
