do you think it is worth putting high-mileage oil in an older car like my Nissan versa sv 2013 with 127,000 i got it about 117,000 don't know what they used but ever since i got it i have been putting12 hm oil in and so far changed it about 4 times.
No. Just change regularly with synthetic oil.
Similar question and answer here: just remain on top of your oil change intervals (that’s the key).

I'm not sold on the high mileage stuff. I would just stick to plain synthetic and not worry about it.
I think it's a sham. I run Blain's Farm & Fleet conventional oil in my 2000 Chevy Tahoe at $2.50 per quart and change it every 3,000 miles. The vehicle currently has 370,000 on the original engine so I must be doing something right.
Being a higher mileage car and not knowing the history of the car a high mileage oil would probably be best. They have stronger detergents for better resistance to sludge and deposit build up. I like using a synthetic blend in all my vehicles. Makes me feel better if I forget an oil change.
so they should see more sludge come out when they drain the HM oil?
You probably won’t really see it but it would appear dirty quicker as it cleans out the engine sludge that may be built up
