Hi Scotty,
Long time listener, first time caller...

Since you are the only one with the balls to post videos telling the truth about auto manufacturers wrongs, what do you think of Hyundai/Kia enforcing individual arbitration for customers that have car defect complaints? Currently happening to California customers, but who knows, the company might just decide to take this mainstream. Here's a post that explains it all: Hyundai and Kia Seek to Enforce Individual Arbitration Against Customers

In a nutshell, reducing consumer rights.

Just and effort to cover up their poorly engineered, poorly built disposable junk cars.  Psychologists call it "projection", blaming someone for what you yourself are guilty of.  Sound familiar?

Typical sleaze but I would not be surprised to find that other manufacturers have similar language buried in the paperwork that most people don't read before signing.

True....the language is tucked away on page 12 of the owners manual. Owners have no idea it even exist.

I agree with Chuck that it wouldn't be surprising if other manufacturers had something like this too. But with Hyundai/Kia this seems like an effort from them to not take responsibility for the garbage they make instead of trying to make better quality vehicles. It still surprises me that people pay over msrp and wait in line for buying a Telluride or Palisade.

Hyundai/Kia seem to just be over-the-top bad on all counts.
