Just got my wife the 2021 oasis blue trailblazer. What should we know about this model? Is it a dependable vehicle? Is there any flaws you may know about?

I mean, it’s a modern GM. Most modern American vehicles aren’t dependable vehicles. But I think it’s a nice vehicle. But considering it’s only engine options are a 1.2 3 cylinder, and a 1.3 3 cylinder, that engine is gonna be working harder than a 4 cylinder or a V6 would be in that vehicle. So in all honesty, it’s definitely a fun nice car, but don’t be too dependable on it.

See below:  I would have only leased the vehicle.  The engine/transmission don’t look like they will hold up over time, along with the electronics.  FWD get a CVT while AWD get a 9-speed AT also used in other vehicles.  Not sure which you have, but the 9-speed transmission has already had issues.  Also, the engine itself realize it is 3-cylinder turbocharged with direct injection-only, start-stop, electronic water pump and has only been used in GM vehicles here in the states since MY2019, so you will also be a guinea pig for GM testing.  If you bought it, I recommend you get rid of before warranty expires.
