Scotty, do you use premium fuel on the is250 because it is only the 2.5 engine. Does unleaded fuel really help the engine cause its like 5 bucks extra per tank and I want to know if its actually necessary.

All fuel is unleaded (as stated on the pump)
If you want to know which fuel octane a vehicle needs, check the owner's manual
