here all the codes is troubleshoots running lean
2004 ford explorer 4.6 liter v8
Po155
Po443,po135,po161,po141,po403 and po446 all codes pop up same time even tho I change parts nothings works codes still the same I can’t get mechanic to get the problem down seeing if you can help me thank you!

What parts have you changed? Have you gone through the possible causes and troubleshooting procedures documented for those codes? It's possible for a single failure to cause a cascade of otherwise unrelated fault codes.
