I'm looking at a manual 1985 Toyota Mr2 V4 1.6L with 184K miles on it, what should I check on it?

Engine, sparks, oil (leaks), coolant (leaks), transmission oil (leaks), brake fluid (leaks), power steering fluid (leaks), belts, timing belt/chain, suspension, exhaust, rust, tire condition / age…
i would also say pull the codes, but I think this is pre OBDII.
this is not an all inclusive list, just something to get you started.
OBDII came out in 1996.
