I'm looking into my first car. While trying to be reasonable i was looking at some chargers, challengers, and mustangs on carvana used under 23 to 20gs with v6 engines and low miles or do i go with a different brand and car entirely

A better first car would be a Toyota Corolla or Honda Civic. I'd stay away from Chrysler products and stay away from Carvana. That, and other mass-market used car flippers, not only tend to have the highest prices they are favorite dumping grounds for people looking to easily get rid of bad cars.
