Is 8500$ too much after negotiation for 2010 toyota highlander V6, AWD? Need a SUV, but pretty tight on budget. The car has 111k miles on it and clean title. Any suggestions?

First off, that mileage is suspiciously low for a 14 year old vehicle. If it can't be verified completely, walk away. The seller is miking the 'low mileage' as much as they can. If the mileage checks out, have a mechanic inspect it thoroughly. Even in this overpriced market, $8500 is on the steep side for a 14 y/o AWD SUV.
