I live in europe I wanna get a car, it's gonna be my first car and I don't want to make a mistake and get scammed, I specifically like ford focus manual 2012 diesel 1.6 engine. is there anything that I should know about this car before I buy it. Or is there any general checks for any car to figure out if it's good or not.

Since that model is not sold in the U.S., at least not with a diesel engine, most of us have no experience with it. You need a good mechanic to check the car out for you before buying.
