I have an automatic 2023 Honda hrv sport with 6k miles on it, I recently brought it to the dealer to get door visors installed but they took it upon themselves to run a multi point "inspection" and ever since then the car is much noisier and shakes when idle, there's no warning lights on the dash and my mechanic doesn't see anything wrong but the car definitely runs a lot rougher than before I brought it to the dealer, it also seems to be worse on gas mileage...any ideas what could be the issue?

Maybe a vacuum hose or some wiring was disturbed while they were poking around in it. The vehicle needs to be scanned for codes and live data to see what's going on.
