So I own a 1999 Honda Civic ex coupe. Bought it for 1300originally but it threw a rod so the seller returned 600 back thankfully.
My question is should I junk it or should I go ahead and have the engine replaced. The entire body is damage free besides a little bit of rust near the sun roof. I don't know what to do with it. Before it threw the rod the ride was a shaky as in the steering wheel was vibrating alot. I've been offered 300 to junk it and it looks like it'll cost me around 1000 to get it engine swaped

Junk it. It isn't a car you want to put money in.
