There are a lot of ball joints out there. What is the best brand to go with?

Most carry Limited Lifetime Warranty, it’s up to you.

I’m assuming you’re going to purchase the entire control arm?

Just don’t buy the cheapest one.....

I had a horrible experience with MOOG. The nut wouldn’t screw on the bolt. And I tried every trick in the book. So anything but MOOG.

I recommend looking for one with a hex or square key at the bottom of the bolt. In theory, that should help you tighten the nut down.

I remember EricTheCarGuy made a video on his ETCG1 channel about how bad MOOG is.

OEM would probably be best if available at a reasonable price. The quality of many aftermarket parts, even brands like Moog that were once highly regarded, has gone into the toilet in recent years.

Tell me about it! I was super excited to get MOOG, the got super disappointed. In retrospect, I should have just paid for the OEM.
