last november, mechanic put these in my car https://www.amazon.ca/NGK-7090-4PK-BKR5EGP-G-Power-Spark/dp/B00L3XGGJ2/ref=sr_1_7?dchild=1&keywords=2010+accordngk+spark+plugs&qid=1618983682&sr=8-7
(for correct size ofc) but theyre platinum not iridum like it says for what oem needs, for 2010 accord
Should I go ahead and change it and which one?
thanks
just use up your platinums first
i read online some ngk are fake thats what im worried about tbh. would you know what the difference between the two iridium are? thx
They might be for different vehicles, but you could just phone NGK and ask. Canadian Tire wouldn't sell fakes.
Buying fake parts is more of an issue when buying online, mainly from buying on Amazon or eBay.
I would get the first one because it is significantly cheaper and there doesn't appear to be much difference. With your car as long as the plugs are made by either NGK or Denso you should be fine.
true but my mechanic got some box he ordered in for 30$ which im worried theyre fake or not original. the old plugs were worst mpg then new though
Where did he order them from? I would think that changes are a professional mechanic wouldn't be ordering from Amazon or eBay.
