2013 CRV 179Kmi. The short vid below tells the story, loud noise from front right tire, the boot on strut is ripped so water can get in. Is this sound a faulty bearing?

Thanks for all your vids, best tv on tv.
not sure I’ve got the right tools
literally all you have to do to check them , is jack the car up. It's in the video.
like to like to give my mechanic a head start
I really, really hope for sake , that this mechanic is able to diagnose a failed bearing by himself. He gets customers all day long that say "my car is making a noise can you fix it".
It was a bearing but not wheel bearing, the driveshaft needed replacing, due to bad bearing there.
Why not check the bearing to see if it's bad?
A slew of reasons , still not confident enough yet, not sure I’ve got the right tools and it’s 17 degrees out now. but like to like to give my mechanic a head start vs. “ bad noise from tire”. Thank you guys, appreciate the feedback back.
Heres a quick joke to make this worth your while
A pirate walks into a bar
Bartender says “why do you have a steering wheel attached to the fly of your pants?”
Pirate says “ arrrrr it be driving me nuts”
