I use a Toyota Camry Automatic, 2012 model, XLE.. a couple of days ago my car developed an issue. It’s a situation whereby after turning it on… and I put it to drive, it doesn’t move immediately, it has to be throttled hard for it to start moving… and as soon as it starts moving, the other gears respond perfectly.. I’d really love it if you could help provide an answer or solution, thanks.!
When is the last time the transmission was serviced? Is fluid level OK? What is the fluid's condition?
I was told the fluid used wasn’t the adequate transmission fluid, so.. it was filtered out and the recommended transmission fluid was used.. I believe the fluid’s condition is okay at it stands.!

What the heck is inadequate fluid? Using any transmission fluid not meeting the proper specifications can ruin a transmission. How many miles are on it?
