Where is the location of a fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter

2009 scion xb miles 345991 automatic 

p0172, p0301,p2196,p0302,p0300, rough idle in park, extreme rough idle in drive at lights and stop signs strats chugging jerking like it wants to cut off when stepping on the acceleration sometimes hear a pop or bang coming from exaust and doesnt wanna go, changed MAF, spark plugs, coils, alternator, coils, throttle body, pcv valve and hose, air filter, nothing has worked so far i cant find the fuel filter or the fuel pressure regulator location.

They're both in the gas tank

On many cars those are built into the fuel pump assembly. You can check the shop manual for that vehicle here:
