Scotty,
Which how to guide would you recommend for working on a 2008 Volvo XC90 3.2 AWD? I am looking at AllData and emanualonline. My Volvo is still humming at 225,000 miles but the idler pulley is wobbly and starting to whine. It is recommended to change out both the idler pulley and tensioner pulley at the same time. Of course I'd change the serpentine belt while at it. I've priced it out and oh boy is there a crazy range of cost for the job. I thought I'd bite the bullet and pay someone, but I'm just stubborn enough to go for it as a DIY even though many mainstream garages seem to shy away from Volvos. Crazy to do this DIY job? I love the vehicle and recently replaced all of the hub assemblies. It gets decent gas mileage and honestly I just love driving it. Hope you can give me some advice and I can keep it running for another 100,000 and keep a little more money otherwise in my pocket,
Sincerely,
Joe
Hyanes manuals are pretty good
There doesn't seem to be one for this vehicle. Same with Chilton.
