im looking for a four banger sports car. Probably would have to be a Honda or Toyota. Im probably gonna daily drive it. I wouldn’t mind going for a manual Civic or Corolla really. Im just looking for a fun little four cylinder car. Also I think it should be within my budget.

It depends on your budget and what you're looking for. If you want a reliable 4 cylinder manual sports car find something like Toyota 86/Scion FR-S/Subaru BRZ, Toyota Celica, Honda S2000, Acura RSX, Civic Si/Type R, and Miata are the good picks.

@rob87 has the definitive list. A few comments:

The S2000 is near perfect, but pricing is completely out of range now.  If you don’t already have one, you’re not getting one (I’ve tried).

The Miata is a great little hobby car.  Fantastic aftermarket support. But the key word is “little”. Make sure it is comfortable for you if you plan any road trips.

For a hard-top, the FRS/BRZ would be my choice.  Well balanced and easy to drive at the limit.  Not a ton of power, but enough (but understand the infamous “torque dip”.

The only one I would add to the list is a bug-eye WRX.  Most of them on sale are in “project car” condition.  But they are soon to be in official “classic car” status.  I predict that well-restored cars will appreciate significantly in the next 5-10 years.
