Whining under acceleration

I got Camry with 202000 miles 4 cyl. Under acceleration makes whining noise more like supercharger or dentist drill. Starts at about 2000 rpm all the way to red line. More loud when just starting to drive and then when warm up it goes away around 50% but can still hear. Can not hear on a busy street or freeway. Only when its relatively quite and no cars like in a alley . I tried accelerate shifted to neutral and pressed gas while moving in neutral you can still hear sound but not that much. So its more under acceleration, and if I drive like a grandma then almost no noise. Only when I floor it. I think its  unlikely transmission issue, transmission fluid changed 6 month ago and its full, shifting super smooth. When parked and revving to a red line like you can still hear but very very faint. Brand new OEM power steering pump, belt, tensioner, motor mounts. Yesterday got reman denso starter no difference in the noise.

I had aftermarket high pressure which was making some noise. After I replaced with OEM. Now power steering is super quiet. But this supercharger noise came up.

Check all your fan belts for age and wear as well as all the driven and tension and idler pulleys for bad bearings.

Take the accessory belt off and see if the noise goes away.
