Hi Scotty! I am a big fan. Why does my 2003 Chevy Suburban squeal when I put it in forward or reverse and move the vehicle just a little, like when I have to move an inch to get my garage door to go down? Once I get rolling it makes no noise. 😌

Make sure all the fan belts are tight and not worn or correct
Fan belts are tight. It only squeals when I change the gear from park to reverse or forward and let off the brake.

Sounds normal to me, especially on the first drive of the day after sitting overnight.
Moisture is usually the culprit and may cause a fine layer of surface rust on your rotors, which usually burns off after a few braking applications.
If your braking performance is unaffected otherwise, I’d ignore it.
