I have a 2001 Honda CR-V 4wd 140,000 whole car shakes at 35mph below that does not shake and above 45mph you can hear a low howl. All tires are at the right psi and the same size. No uneven wear I changed the inner and outer tie rods got it aligned at a good shop and tires balanced after that still shook. Then got it looked at by a mechanic and said it was the cv axles and the lower ball joints. I replaced both including the upper control arms with new ball joint upper. Still shook at the same speed and same sound above 45. The steering rack was replaced with a used one at the junk yard maybe bad steering rack?
