2012 Acura TL SHAWD 3.7L
The steering wheel shakes and it gets worse the faster you go. Not noticeable until highway speeds but at 70-80 it is pretty bad. You can even notice the interior shaking too. There are no known suspension issues and the brakes are good.
Should I get my tires balanced or is it something else?

that would cause shaking
You could also jack up the front of the car and look for looseness in the wheels/steering/suspension
Bad alignment can also do it
Look for abnormal tread wear on the tires.
