Had a visit with a Honda Dealer for my 2015 Civic Sedan CVT. When I'm in Drive or Reverse but stopped at lights, there's some excessive vibration or shutter when the Air Conditioning is on.
They determined it's a stretched Accessory Drive Belt causing the Tensioner to vibrate and rattle when under load. Car is 9 years old so I dont doubt that belt needs replacing, but....
I just want to be sure the Dealer is on the right track before I pay them anything.

It sounds about right but obviously there's no way to really tell from here. In general with an out-of-warranty car you're better off staying away from dealers and chains. A good independent shop in most cases is a better choice for regular maintenance and repairs.
