As long as it can’t communicate with the TCM it will never try to start. You need to use a meter to check all your fuses. They can look ok and still be blown. Then check all your connections on your ECM/TCM and TIPM. Here’s a list of possibilities

Bad TIPM, CANBus short/Problem, Bad TCM, Bad ECM. Some models of your car the TCM was built into the ECM. You’ll have to research your VIN # to find out. You can call dealer they should know. If that’s the case that it is all one unit more than likely you need an ECM. Before you look at all that I would disconnect your battery, check all your fuses with a meter. Very easy to do, they have contacts on back of them. No need to unplug them most of the time.
