All my fluids and clean and new. 3800 mile oil change 5w20 Mobil 1. Clean air filter clean maf senor, only use shell gas.
im getting about 400-425 km for 70 liters which is = 13.4 miles/gallon
but the car should get about 21 mile/gallon in city
it also has a long crank when starting but when in ignition and i tap gas lightly then turn, it starts normally
what is the problem?

How much on the odometer? How does the motor run?
I would start by taking a good look at the spark plugs, and maybe doing a compression test.

only 95000 km so 62000 miles. runs, shifts and idles perfect
