Scotty, I have a 2013 F150, 100k miles. I've noticed that my windshield washers quit working after the reservoir drains down only ~25% of its actual capacity. I refill the reservoir with approximately 12 ounces of fluid and it begins to work again. Please advise.

Was it always like that?
Maybe the pump has a pickup tube that fell off ?? Maybe it's just a bad design?
There's no tube, the pump is at the bottom of the tank.
I removed the pump and flushed the tank, it sprays stronger than ever.
The screen at the bottom of the tank may have been clogged.
