Windshield wipers aren't working

Check the fuse and relay.

Scotty did a video where a car that had malfunctioning wipers cost something like $1500 to fix. This was because the wipers were operated by a computer module that had gone bad. I believe it was a VW but I don't recall what year or model. Hopefully that is not the case with yours but if so I'd be very tempted to hot-wire around the module and operate the wiper motor directly from a switch.
It was on a 2012-2015 Passat last I checked
