| no, the rubberized stuff makes the rust worse. There are some waxy/oily based undercoatings which seem to be OK (fluid film, krown etc.). But it's better to do sound deadening from the interior. | |||||

| I hear great things about fluid film. It supposed to be better than traditional rubber undercoatings which can trap the any existing rust underneath and make matters worse. | |||||
