| Hey everyone, I have a couple issues with my first car but I don't know where to start. Before going into too much detail, first a little about myself. I am 16 and I am crazy about cars. I've been doing an internship at a car garage for 2 years now but I by no means are a true mechanic. Anyways, a couple weeks ago I purchased my first car, a 190K miles 2004 Acura TSX with an automatic transmission. | ... gas mileage but I have never had a hybrid before. This is going to be my first purchase from a dealership so I want to make absolutely sure nothing will go wrong if I get a hybrid because I heard that the transmission on the older Toyota hybrid models develop problems. Is this a good option? Should I be worried about anything with this make and model or that it’s a Toyota hybrid? | |||||

From the first 2000 km it was popin a yellow mark sayin (top up engine oil level) I went to peugeot dealers they asked me if I park in hill which I didn’t. They checked oil it was ok and they say it just the sensor some times it reads faulty. Anyway that lamp was just popin sometimes and sometimes not. Some months later and after 10000-15000 km having only one year the car It was a time I tried to just overtake another car . So by the time I pressed the pedal more at around 2,500 rpm the car misfired ... | |||||

| ... it's a big stressor. Just for some history of the car... early this year I took my car from North carolina to California and BACK! The tires needed to be completely changed. Ok... not so bad... A few months ago I took my car from North carolina to Niagara Falls (Canada) and BACK! The alternator was replaced, alongside the battery. Upon arrival at Niagara Falls, we got STRANDED there as the engine seized! My 130,000-mile engine was replaced with an engine with 33,000 miles on it. Amazing, but... EXPENSIVE! I tell you this because I am now constantly paranoid ... | |||||
