Thinking about purchasing a 01 S10 pick up with 90k on it. Not using it for my daily driver just some back and forth to Home Depot or Lowes for some home projects I have to get done. Basically a work truck nothing special. Anyways, is it worth it and reliable or walk away looking for something else?

Well they were a lot better made in 01 just make sure the engine and transmission is still in good shape any honest mechanic can check it out easily
The 2nd generation (1994-2004) Chevrolet S-10/GMC Sonoma especially with the 2.2L I4 and manual transmission back then were good, reliable trucks. You’d want a independent, honest mechanic like a Scotty to thoroughly check it out before you buy, but if it checks out mechanically it can still have plenty of life left. Those were good solid trucks. If you can get it at a good price I would jump on it.
