Hi Scotty, I've had this suburban since 07, bought from private party with under 20k miles. Planning to keep 'until death do us part'! It's in decent shape, but I've never serviced the tranny. Feels like it's starting to slip more often (say every few hours in mixed driving). Wouldn't go in reverse once on first try. I saw a post about draining a pint and adding pint of conditioner, and may try that. My question is do you have any advice when time comes to replace with a remanufactured transmission? Preferred reman brand? Decent price range? I'm in northern VA. Thank you!

I think you should just get a remanfactured transmission or just buy one from the junk yard do not put much money into that car just like I said buy, one from the junk yard a remanfactured or just get a japser transmission from the facility hope that helps thanks.

Yes Toyota fan gave you a great advice take his advice if you do want to keep it forever put a Jasper on it
