07 Ford Mustang V6 146k miles squeaking

Noticed some squeaking while riding, also while turning the wheel all the way to left or right it gets pretty bad. The person before me put some Koni suspension on the car and lowered it about an inch - inch and a half. Recently checked the front end because that's where most of the sound is coming from and the tie rod bushings and the sway bar bushings look pretty worn out. The suspension doesn't have a place to put grease with a grease gun. Wondering if there are any other parts I should check to replace to get rid of the squeaking and make sure my wheels don't fall off on the road. Haven't been able to find too much on what else to look at that might need to be replaced except maybe the ball joints. Haven't looked at the back suspension at all but there might be some sound coming from there too. I can't find the part names for suspension parts on the rear of the vehicle that might need to be replaced but I haven't looked at those yet.

Any suggestions are appreciated. The main goal of this post is to just see all the parts that I could replace on the suspension so I can do it all at once instead of going back for each part.

Thanks in advance.

Well first I would replace all the war not looking bushings to lubricate under the other ones you basically have to take it apart put the lube on the bushings and put it back together. And a lot of guys put on aftermarket stuff to text me very poorly made in China in those parts just wear out too fast

Thanks, Scotty! I might have understated how bad the bushings are, the tie rod end bushings are basically blown apart... Going to go ahead and replace those. I will lubricate all of the other bushings I see on my suspension. Big fan, glad to hear from you 🙂
