So all of my vent setting seems to work correctly except the window defrost. A call for defrost causes action in the blender door area the pathway is obviously not open and the high cfm has no place to go and you can hear strain on the system.

The blend door actuator is stuck. Try to whack the dash to make it work. Pray this works, otherwise you have to open the dash which gets pretty expensive.
