2009 Mariner

Changed plugs coils and injectors runs good at speed. Also no power steering think torque sensor is bad can I just change colum will it need to be reprogramed

The rockauto.com database shows that vehicle having hydraulic power steering. If that's the case changing the column will not fix the problem.

If rockauto.com info is wrong and you do have electrical power steering it should be scanned for codes before jumping to conclusions. A high-end scan tool would likely be needed.
