Can I start using 0W-16 oil in my 2018 Accord 1.5 turbo (40k miles), that requires 0W-20?
Just watched Scotty’s video on a CRV that’s done this to solve the infamous Honda oil dilution problem, and wondering if I should do it on my Accord.
If yes, what oil do I buy? The new GF-6B stuff? I only ask because other online sources say that the GF-6B 0W-16 oils should only be used in engines that are designed for it. To use or not to use? Im clueless.

It is a good idea to use GF-6A.
The GF-6B is designed to be used only for the engines that require oil viscosity of 0W16.
