Hey yall I need help I am lost on this ac issue I have changed every single part before installing i added 3 ounces on Compressor 1 ounce on condenser 2 ounces on drier 2 ounces on Evaporator as well blowed out the lines and still no cold air please see video I posted on YouTube and let me know what can it be here's the link thank you

You have not given us much in the way of details to go by. What are your high and low system pressures? Is the AC compressor clutch engaging? Is it rapid cycling? Did you install the correct weight of refrigerant by weight after vacuuming the system? Was this an R12 to R134a retrofit?

Unless I messed it there is nothing in the video regarding system pressures, there doesn't even seem to be a manifold gauge set connected. Also nothing about whether this was a conversion to R134a which potentially could have been botched, and no details known about what the shops that worked on it did or didn't do. (You talked about multiple compressor failures, that can happen if the conversion is not done properly.) If you have not done it yet the first thing you need to do is connect your manifold gauge set to check pressures, that is generally the first step in diagnosing AC problems.
@chucktobias I tooked it to Kwik Kar Oil Change & Auto Care they hooked up the big red machine they told me it sucks out everything inside lines and can add it back in and tells them when its full
You went to a QUICK LUBE joint to service your air conditioner?! As I said the first step in diagnosis is to check system pressures. If you are not in a position to do the work yourself you need to take the car to a professional automotive AC specialist. There should be no shortage of them in Texas.
Do the evaporator lines get cold?

OK, so it seems the evaporator is getting cold, but air from the vents is not. So maybe your air mix door isn't working.

@imperator isn't the low pressure line soppose to be cold as well it use too be when it was working?

you really need a specialist AC shop who can hook up gauges and diagnose this system properly. There's not enough information here to do it over the internet.
