So i have this 1994 ford ranger xlt with 254,124 miles on it a mannual transmission and i have a problem with the starting issue. I recently changed the flywheel, clutch, and new starter did a tranny oil change and cable harness with new ground connectors but some how am still have a starting issue. I just want to know if im missing something?

More detail on starting issue pls? Does it ever start? Or never? Or starts and dies? Does it crank (turn over)?
yes so eventually it starts but it starts maybe after like 2 or 3 cranks. I have recently sprayed in some starting fluid and sometimr ut starts and sometimes it doesnt so i was just wondering if i am missing something
Check fuel pressure on rail, leave attached, turn off, how long does it hold pressure? And value psi? I'm thinking fuel pressure regulator or leaking injectors. And if you do get it started and turn it off, and if it cransk rights back up after just a couple minutes but the longer you wait the longer to start? If so, reg and/or inj's.
