Hey Scotty, I have a 1995 camaro z28 with 225,000 km on it. I have recently noticed that when the car warms up after driving it for about 20 minutes there is a “chirping” noise that only happens at idle. The noise fluctuates with the tone of the motor. Once I step on the throttle the noise goes away. Could this be a bad oil pump or something else? Thanks

Sounds like a loose or worn out fan belt.
