I have a 1967 Camaro 327 v8, two speed automatic. and when driving the gas pedal won’t return all the way. Stays 1 inch compressed instead of returning, keeps my going 30-40 mph, have to lift it with my foot to return it. Any help? Two barrel carburetor. Rest of car is healthy

There should be a throttle return spring on the carburetor linkage.
