Hello everyone,
Recently had an ice storm down here in Dallas and tried using my wipers but they barely get up to wipe the entire windshield. I initially thought it was the wiper motor but noticed the round part that connects to the arm is rotating to lift both wipers, but it seems loose? Anyone know if I just need to buy a new arm set or is it something more than that?

did you try tightening the nut?
