I was wondering if a 1995 Toyota Tacoma xtracab, 2.7L i4, 4wd, automatic transmission, with 140,000 miles is going to be a solid truck. Also, what would a reasonable price be if it is a good buy? Thanks.

Hard to say. It depends on how it was maintained and what condition it is in. You definitely need to have a mechanic check it out.
The price for cars that old is whatever someone is willing to pay. Too many variables without knowing EVERYTHING by about the truck to throw a price, but likely $5000 or less if it passes mechanical.
