My 1997 GMC Jimmy had the check engine light come on a couple days ago and the codes read: p0740 and p1860. The car has 74,730 miles on it and the transmission is automatic. What could be wrong?

On these older models, it's usually a bad ignition switch and the wrong signal ( TCC to the
electronic trans (4l60E or 4L80E).
